SERIES 2 UPDATES - NIGHT IS DAY CASTING NEWS - LOCATIONS CONFIRMED

The initial casting for series 2 of “Night is Day” is now finally complete!

After seeing around 60 actors who came to audition for us to fill the 12 new characters we will meet in our new 7-part sci-fi drama series, we made some very tough decisions and we can start to introduce you to our new cast members!

Despite these new characters, Kris Summers (originally Chris Somerville), Glasgow’s superhero, returns for the 7 episodes, as well as Steven McEwan (DI Iain Mullan), Colin Ferguson (DCI Charles Sloan), Tam Toye (Mr. Philips) and Shian Denovan (Amy MacDonald).

A few familiar faces from series 1 will be returning to help and hinder Jason in his attempts to find someone close to him who went missing at the end of series 1, while he struggles to keep the city safe from the evil Mr. Philips.
