MORE CASTING UPDATES - FURTHER CAST JOIN SCI-FI SERIES - NEW DENNISTOUN PARISH CHURCH

With filming almost less than a month away, “Night is Day” series 2 is driving fast towards production! The opening scene of series 2, “Cults”, takes place in the Catwalk Rock Lounge in Glasgow and then we’ll be moving to the beautiful New Dennistoun Parish Church where Jason will meet the mysterious Elizabeth, who runs a support group for confused teenage girls, one of these girls is Emma, who is played by Erin-Cait Gannon.

We’ll soon be posting updated profiles of Kris Summers, Shian Denovan, Colin Ferguson, Steven McEwan and Tam Toye who are returning from series 1, but until then please meet two new cast members who are out to help and hinder Jason and Mullan in their attempts to stop the evil Mr. Philips!

Karen Traynor - Kali

Karen has been working professionally in TV and theatre for 11 years now and is very excited about fighting the forces of evil in Scotland’s premiere Sci-Fi series!

Verity Kennard - Katy

Verity trained at Edinburgh’s Telford College in Musical Theatre, then did BA Hons in drama at
Sunderland University, graduated in 2007.   Verity has had small roles in professional theatre.
And she is very excited about being part of Night is Day!

 

Iain Clark - Michael

 

Iain studied Acting and Performance at Aberdeen college for 2 years.  He has been involved in TV, Advertising, Theatre and Short Films in and around the Aberdeen area since.  Now Iain is looking forward to getting involved in the second series of ‘Night is Day’ and beginning filming with the cast and crew.

Carter will be assisting us with our fight co-ordination this series as Kris encounters demons, vampires and some good old traditional gangsters and thugs!
