Series 1 introduces us to Jason's world, revealing how he got his powers and why he uses them for good. We also meet the evil Mr. Philips as he tries to bring about the end of the world. Jason falls for a student reporter, Amy Campbell, a niave girl who is rescued by Jason. Amy becomes very important to Jason as he is able to go to her whenever he is hurt and needs patched up. We also meet DCI Sloan and DI Mullan, two of the hardest working cops in the city who are doing their best to keep the streets safe. |
Series 2 picks up 8 months later, and Jason is on the search for Amy. His powers are stronger and he is more determined to do the right thing, even if they have dire consenquences. Mullan is left by his wife, and someone close to him is put into danger, causing grief. Matters are made worse when DI Shipton joins them. Vampires, super villains for hire, long lost brothers, crazy girls and Mr. Philips bringing together a masterplan all adds up to excitement and heartache for Jason. |
